Exchange and return

We work for you. If you unhappy with your purchase, please write to us and we will definitely find a way to solve this problem together.

Backdrops can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. The time limit is calculated from the date of delivery of the goods. Please send the goods you wish to exchange or return by registered parcel to the following address and attach the completed form. We strongly recommend that you inform us of the dispatch of goods via email and keep proof of shipping.

Only goods that can be considered as new can be exchanged or returned – i.e. not worn, damaged or otherwise worn down. In that case we have the right to refuse the goods. Thank you for your understanding. The exchange of the goods or refund will take place within 14 days of the date of delivery of goods to our store. Refund is made only by cashless payment. We don’t refund shipping costs.

In case of exchange of goods, we charge exchange shipping fee in the same amount as standard shipping prices stated here.
